Exploratory Sports - Level I - Open for admission

  • Eligibility : Age : 5 to 10 years.
  • Academic class 1 to 4  
  • 75% score in PISRD's Exploratory Sports Aptitude Test  (PESAT)
  • Direct entry for talented or meritorious sports students
  • Minimum 3 years of observation period 
  • About 2000 hours of sports and fitness training
  • Sports training by specialised coaches, sports physio, visiting international/national players, sports assistants and support staff.
  • Use of scientific and research based approaches, management tools and techniques as well as nature
  • Objectives : 1] To nurture & find aptitude for sports and fitness from very young age
  •                       2] To lay strong foundation for the competitive level
  • Certificate in Exploratory Sports Proficiency - Level I Sports Proficiency

Basics of Sports - Level II

  • Eligibility : Age : 9 to 14 years 
  • Academic class 5 to 8
  • 75% score in PISRD's Basic Sports Aptitude Tests (PBSAT) 
  • Direct entry for talented or meritorious sports person
  • About 3000 hours of fitness and sports training
  • Credit/exemptions for meritorious and talented students as well as for performance in PESAT
  • Sports training by specialised coaches, sports physio, visiting international/national players, sports assistants and support staff.
  • Use of scientific and research based approaches, management tools and techniques as well as nature
  • Objectives : 1] To nurture & lay strong technical, physical, mental, intellectual and societal foundation of sports
  •                     2] To provide competitive opportunities to show case talent
  • Certificate in Basics of Sports - Level II Sports Proficiency

Competitive Sports - Level III

  • Eligibility : Age : 13 to 18 years
  • Academic class 9 to 12
  • 75% score in PISRD's Competitive Sports Aptitude Test (PCSAT)
  • Direct entry for talented or meritorious sports student
  • About 4000 hours of training 
  • Credit/Exemptions for meritorious students and for performance in PESAT/PBSAT
  • Sports training by specialised coaches, sports physio, visiting international/national players, sports assistants and support staff.
  • Use of scientific and research based approaches, management tools and techniques as well as nature
  • Objectives : 1] To prepare a complete sports person
  •                     2] To prepare student for district level competition or above
  •                     3]  To lay foundation as professional sports person as well as for employment or self employment                 
  • Diploma in Competitve Sports - Level III Sports Proficiency

Sports Professionalism- Level IV

  • Eligibility : Age 17 to 22 years
  • Academically 4 years of college
  • 75% score in PISRD's Professional Sports Aptitude Tests (PPSAT)
  • Direct entry for talented and meritorious sports person
  • Must have represented district team in any one sport
  • Minimum 6000 hours of training
  • Credit/Exemptions for meritorious sports persons and PESAT/PBSAT/PCSAT
  • Sports training by specialised coaches, sports physio, visiting international/national players, sports assistants and support staff.
  • Use of scientific and research based approaches, management tools and techniques as well as nature
  • Objectives :    1] To prepare players for competitions at district/state level and/or above
  •                        2] To groom sports person as professional
  •                        3] To explore opportunities for employment or self employment 
  • Degree in Sports Professionalism- Level IV Sports Proficiency

Excellence in Sports - Level V

  • Eligibility:  age : 16 to 35 years
  • Academically 2 years of post graduation
  • 75% marks in PISRD's Excellence in Sports Aptitude Test (PXSAT)
  • Direct entry for talented and meritorious sports person
  • Must have played for a state team in any one sport
  • Minimum 4000 hours of training 
  • Credit/Exemptions for meritorious sports persons and PESAT/PBSAT/PCSAT/PPSAT
  • Sports training by specialised coaches, sports physio, visiting international/national players, sports assistants and support staff.
  • Use of scientific and research based approaches, management tools and techniques as well as nature
  • Objectives:  1] To prepare sports persons for state level  competitions and above
  •                     2] To recognize excellence of sports person in specific field
  •                     3] To explore opportunities for employment or self employment 
  • Post Graduation in Excellence of Sports - Level V Sports Proficiency
